Great place to live

I love living at Millenium. The grounds are great and well maintained. The maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are awesome. There is one big drawback. The only way I will renew my lease is if I move to the top floor. Sound transmits through the floor ceiling VERY easily. For weeks I thought we must have giants living above us. I took a package upstairs one day because it was delivered incorrectly. To my surprise it was 2 very small women who lived there. My wife and I joke that they walk around stomping and pretending to be Godzilla constantly.

Wonderful

We really loved living at Millennium Westshore Staff was always friendly and helpful, amenities were fantastic, location was convenient, and apartment had a great set-up Absolutely loved living here

Landscaping nice, appliances cheap and do not work

Love the layout of apartment. Appliances are cheap. Washer dryer does not work. Alot of animals. Too many barking dogs. Washer and dryer full of dog hair and floors grubby and thick with dirt when I moved in.

it's home

great amenities, amazing staff, abundance of apples.

Business Use

Nice pleasant place to stay while in town for business.

Professional Class A Apartments

Everything is great except for pest control.

The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, and accomodating. It was the ideal community for young professionals and families. The community had a lot of pride. It was centrally located near shopping, entertainment, and schools and universities.

Great location and a nice environment

It is comfortable and cozy.

I was extremely impressed with the entire property. Every detail had been carefully thought out. The leasing agent showed this impressive property very professionally and with enthusiasm. She had an answer for every question I asked. The property took care of every need I could think of. They had extra storage if I needed. They could accommodate two cars. They offered beautiful apartments, reasonably priced, outstanding amenities and a great staff.

The property was nice and had many superior rated features and design. The leasing agent lifted the all ready state of the art property to the next level with the vocabulary he used to describe it.

Love this place!

We decided to downsize from a large home and weren't real sure we wanted to own again due to the upkeep.  So we moved to the Millinneum and we love it here!  Quiet for a place so close to a lot of nightlife.  Love this location!  The staff has been wonderful to work with and are always attentive.  We've had a few things go wrong but always the staff stepped up and took care of it.  It's so nice not having to take care of it ourselves!  So after a year, we decided to go ahead and renew our lease.  Planning to stay another year!

I felt that this community was mostly geared toward young professionals who work in the area. The convenience to the airport would then be a plus, and the complex is surrounded by office buildings and commercial ventures.

Too many dogs; too much noise; comfortable apartments.

Amenities are good. Management seems responsive, but perhaps needs to be more proactive with respect to monitoring the cleanliness of the hallways. The location is great: near schools, shopping and major highways.
Fourth floor apartments need carpeting/padding that would keep the noise from flowing down tot he third floor. It often sounds like our upstairs neighbors are stomping on the floor!

Review requested

Pros: Nice building, great location, big complex, nice pool and gym, friendly maintenance staff
cons: overpriced compared to market, VERY noisy; multiple calls required for maintenance requests, filthy hallways, commitments by managgement to paint hallways months ahead...still not painted; Value trash process less than desired..threats of fines insulting; after living here 3 yrs, can't even spell my name right.
Guy,
I’m sorry if this is the second reply to your review since I think this was also posted a few months back before you move out and I replied at that time as well.
I’m also sorry that your experience with us was not pleasant and that you decided to move on to another home. As I explained previously, your last name was incorrect in our system but once you pointed it out it was fixed immediately and should have been correct when you received your deposit refund. I have also looked through our records for your unit and can only find light bulb replacements that were done during your lease with us so I hope there wasn’t a communication breakdown about needed maintenance issues that were not addressed for you and if so, I apologize. As far as the hallway paint project, it was completed a few weeks ago and we are enforcing fines for anyone that does not abide by the rules for the trash program. While threating and issuing fines might be difficult for those that follow the rules, they are necessary to make sure that the freshly painted building remains looking great. I certainly hope that your new home finds you well, Catherine Dunn – Business Manager, Millennium Westshore.

This is a beautiful, unique community. The floor plan viewed was spacious and attractive. The amenities are awesome. It has a very convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and the freeway.
