It is on the pricey side. Most people I know would not pay as much to live here.

The location is great. The walls are thin but it is to be expected in a apartment. The parking situation is awful at night. Updates to the apartments need to be made in order to keep up with the competitive prices in the area.

The rent was a little high but all the amenities made it well worth it. They had everything I would hope for in an apartment home, shopping, extra storage, fitness, free zumba, fishing, pool and bowling. All the things I enjoyed and it was spacious.

I didn't know upon leasing that the community was section 8... the apartment has missed many years of ipgrades... needs desperately to be upgraded to compete with new communities

They are overpriced

The community features were nice but the rental rates were high.

I WILL NOT RECCOMENDED THIS PROPERTY DUE TO THE LACK OF PROFESIONALISM WITH RESIDENT SERVICES STAFF. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESIONAL. ALSO...MANY NEIGHBORS HAVE MOVED OUT DUE TO THE RATE INCREASE. CURRENTLY IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO LIVE IN NORTHBRIDGE APARTMENTS......HOWEVER....FOR THE MONEY THAT WE PAY....A LEVEL OF KINDNESS AND PROFESIONALSM WOULD BE APPRECIATED

These are large, spacious apartments with nice size balconies.

The agents demonstration was commendable. She was natural and engaging during the tour. She understood my needs and tried to satisfy those needs with the available amenities. She was professional and I truly enjoyed the tour. She built a rapport with me and her performance was admirable.

The community has changed over the past couple years and necessarily in a positive way. It use to be a place where I was really proud to say I lived at North Bridge Apartments. I do not want to say what it has become because I try to be a fair person. I will say the apartment atmosphere is definitely different and I do not go out at night unless I absolutely have to. The front entrance near the bar area is totally not appealing at all. It has become a not so friendly place. This is only my opinion. I am sure there are others that like the crowded bar area where people park in the middle of the street and you are scared to ask them to move so that you can get by and go home to your apartment. I still like the apartments but not as much as I use.

I like the security and the maintenace up keep

because the price do not represent what is supposed to be , to many bad people move in to the community the swimming pool it is extremely dirty the blue tiles are not blue anymore flu with grace or something

For the reasons I stated above, I would definately recommend this community to others and have done so in the past.
