It's a nice neoghborhood

I have been here since May 2013 and I had a couple of ups and downs about the dog owners not picking up the waste... but I love it here. (so far) I had an awesome leasing agent and felt very welcomed by her. Not only is she mesmerizing, she knew the product and exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with my apartment. Thanks Lil, your the best!!

In the past I would have marked very likely since I have recommended family and friends. Now I would rather not recommend anyone.

I believe for the price I am paying I could rent a house with more privacey and space.

The biggest NEGATIVE point to Northbridge apartments is the inability to properly handle the trash situation. A single point to deposit trash, that often is not working or overloaded, strongly detracts from living here. You should have TWO trash collection areas to handle the amount of refuse generated and redundancy when one fails.

While the apartment designs are nice and you have the garages - the location and the current lack of true resident service would prevent me from recommending the complex to friends.

I would never recommend this place to anyone I will be happy too be once my lease is completed.

I would have rented based on the community and the agent. The amenities were really nice.

the staff is family organizer, is very safe with security and many amenities for the kids.

Three years ago was a nice place, but now while rates are still high there more and more old dirty cars, strange people at the pool, unattended children on the streets, unprofessional staff from maintenance to managers. Same bad security services, just different company names. Managers need to do something, more work outside the office.

when i first star living here was good but now theres alot of getto people so for being a expencive apartment not worth it

This community had more amenities than ever. A massage room, a 2 lane bowling alley and a conference room, just to name a few. The large patios on the two beedroom apartments are awesome.
