The community was well maintained and had adequate amenities.

This community is a good value for the rental rate. The size of the apartments are very big in square footage. I liked that they had an alarm system and a security guard. They have free after school care and free summer camps. The community is centrally located close to lots of shopping centers and major attractions.

I did not see an apartment, but the leasing agent was friendly.

As a real customer I would not lease from this community based strictly on the poor customer service I received. I left with the understanding that the leasing professional did not care and did not want my business. Based on the price and amenities however, I would want to lease the apartment. Although the community itself was very well kept and clean, the staff was unwilling to help or take an interest in helping me to lease or find out more about the property.

The common areas were clean. The rent was priced good for the square foot. I would probably recommend. The leasing professional was congenial and easily built a friendly rapport.

The community was being updated and looked neat and clean. There was not alot of traffic coming and going.

I honestly felt the customer service experience was hand in hand with the overall look of the community, very lacking.

I was pleased to visit this well maintained and quiet rental community. The rents are very reasonable for the size of the apartments and considering the area the community is located in. The staff members I observed on my visit appeared to truly professional as indicated by the acknowledgement of my arrival to the various thank you for visiting comments I received as I departed.

The customer experience could have been a lot better. I just felt like I missed something; there was no real connection.

I was not given a tour of the amenities. I did have a chance to take a peek at them. They were marginal, at best. The common areas were also marginal. The leasing agent was below grade. She seemed preoccupied and did not do a good job of engaging me or trying to excite me about the community. She was pretty much robotic and going through the motions. The rent was reasonable, but given the neighborhood and the leasing agent's attitude, I would not recommend this property.
