The community needs repairs and updates. It is not awful but it would not be my first option unless I really need it. The area seems a little difficult to live in and the residents I saw did not looked very trustworthy.

The prices are good to me. The community was older. The apartments also had a lot of space so that was a plus.

The service I received was not sufficient. I would not lease or recommend the community to others.

Hidden Creek Villas is a community that genuinely cares about its residents. They accept donations to a food drive for needy residents, in lieu of application fees, and provide free after school programs for the children of the community. The split plan floor plans make it a great home for families.

My overall experience at the community was a good experience. The apartment community was a pleasant place to be, and I felt very comfortable. I would not like living in the area that the community was located, but the community itself was a pleasant surprise. The leasing agent was above most in her profession in that she developed a program which gave back to the community. Her level of compassion was very impressive to me.

The leasing agent did a wounderful job at demonstrating the apartment. She showed great interest in my leasing needs. I would recommend this apartment to someone.
