Great place to live
I moved in about 5 months ago and feel it is a great place to live. It is true that there is much red tape to get approval to move in. I have to say that I did not mind because with a stringent screening process, I know my neighbors are not criminals and will respect the property (and they are all respectful!!!). The office staff does do everything they can to assist in the process.

To everybody, yes I recommend Brookside apartments in Newberry. I hope everything gets better and better. I think you guys can buy the space that is for sale in the other side of the street and make more apartments!

The monster club was what really stood out and made the community exceptional. It was comforting to know that your children would be in a safe place and work with and understand the needs of family within a community.

The community was nestled in the trees right off a road that led to just about everything, a lovely view when first entering. The buildings were built and centered to assure all residents a pleasurable living experience. The scenic surroundings did not overpower the beauty of the grounds itself, yet it was captivating. The amenities the community had to offer was outstanding and the management personnel were outgoing, professional and friendly.

The community seemed like a nice affordable place to live. The grounds looked good and the apartment was pretty. It was not highly upscale, as it was affordable housing, but it looked nice. The leasing agent was pleasant, though a bit indifferent. It was wonderful that they had free on-site daycare.

The leasing agents did not make a real effort to ensure that the property met the potential residents needs. It was presented with a take it or leave it attitude. The apartment and community actually has some very nice features, but they were not highlighted by the telephone agent and the on-site agent merely opointed them out. Neither agent seemed to have pride in the property and that showed in their presentations.
