The service has been excellent in the past. Now things have different since maintenance personnel have changed.
We are working hard to improve our turn around time for work orders and overall satisfaction with our service team. Our goal is to be within 24-48 hours for all of our service requests.

For the most part I would recommend. The section I am in is relatively quiet without a lot of the "drama" that you usually associate with apartment living

Ther complex was well kept and more attractive than many income based apartments that I have seen. I could see myself living there if there were patios or balconies that were my personal space, but I would be really unhappy with only a stoop to sit on with one plant allowed.

Both agents, the one I talked to on the phone and the one that presented the apartment, showed interest in helping me and having me there as a resident. The community was not the greatest. It could be more attractive and easier to see from the road.
Thank you for sharing your input, I am glad to hear that you were happy with the service that you received during your visit. We agree that the landscaping along the entry does tend to blocks the view of the buildings and property, however the plantings are required as a buffer per Collier County. We will however get with the landscaping company to see if they can thin out some of the trees a bit. Thank you again for your input.

I felt this community was well maintained and it had a nice warm and quiet feel to it. The model I viewed was spacious and updated. The amenities were also well maintained and desirable. I could easily see myself living in this community.

When I found the community, I thought that it was very appealing. Everything from the driveway to the very neat lawns and pool areas were exceptional. I would really consider the community if I was looking for an apartment.

The agent told me she had been working there for seven years and she did a decent job, but it had become routine and her delivery was quite rehearsed.

The property was in good condition and well kept. The apartment I saw was in good move-in condition. I did not see the fitness center or the pool but I was shown the area for washing cars. The amenities I saw were in good condition.

The agent stepped right up and took over with the tour as requested by my telephone agent. She was able to provide an adequate presentation. Personally, I've always believed that anything less than twenty minutes was too quick to make a big decision. My tour was only ten minutes. I saw very little of the community and I felt that not enough was shown for me to decide.
