Calling the office is a hit or miss (mostly miss) on them answering. Maintenance is poor and rent is too high.
Please understand our office is incredibly busy and our phones are ringing non stop. If you try to call us and can not get through please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours. You can also email me directly and I will respond as soon as I receive the email.

I've already recommended Brittany Bay to a friend, and she is moving in in September of this year. Like I said, There are some issues, but overall Brittany Bay is a good value and a nice place to live. If the issues are addressed, Brittany Bay could be one of the best apt Communities in Naples

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, it's one of the worst communities in the neighborhood.
We work hard as a team daily to ensure residents are satisfied with our community and their neighbors. Please call me in the office and we can discuss any concerns you may have.
Dirty people attrack roaches and bugs
Don't blame the property management. It is dirty people with filthy living conditions that attract roaches. Get rid of the low lifes, and the bugs will go with them. They deserve each other!!

In overall is a good apartment community. The problems are the low life people who live here and think this is a racetrack and think it is ok to play loud music outside the apartment in the parkinglot.

The value for the amount being spent is very poor. Also, numerous tenants complain of roach issues/infestations which I also have experienced but dealt with by going to a reputable outside pest control service because of the apparent inability of the community contacted services to deal with effectively.
We have recently switched pest control companies and have been receiving a lot of positive feedback on their service. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are experiencing a pest control problem.

the gates do not work, there is no security. Disrespectful neighbors. No one adheres to the rules, IE smoking. Maintenance is over worked, therefor work orders are not processed in a timely fashion. The apartments are not clean on the inside and outside.
