This property was in great condition and well maintained. The amenities were good and there was promise of a new fitness center. The leasing staff on site were very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt right at home and with warm welcome.

The community was nice, and the leasing professional was very good. He was very knowledgeable about the community and the company he works for. He showed interest in my needs and tried hard to find the best possibilities to have my needs matched.

The apartment and surrounding campus, but the management can use some work.
People don't like to clean up after their dogs, so beware where you step. Despite that, it is quiet, clean and nice.

I would recommend it. It is centralized to all restaurants, stores and schools, but needs improvement on Maintenance. It has been almost 2 months for the shower head, bathroom fan, and screen patio to be fixed.
Good location, that's about it
Our kitchen light has been out and had a maintenance ticket in since October 23, 2012 and it has still not been fixed. You need to make sure you have a general knowledge on how to do your own repairs, because they do not care about the current tenants and are only worried about new ones. I have called 2 times and both times was told "they will be there first thing in the morning" and my girlfriend went to the office and they said "we need to finish prepping the vacant apartments to get them ready for move in's first, and then you will be taken care of" ....Awesome customer service right?

I left you a message on 11/6/12 at 12:15pm to follow up with you to make sure you were satisfied with the service. Could you please call me directly about this? As the community manager, I would like to make sure we are providing the best service possible. Please contact me so we can resolve this and any other issues you may have had come up since this last repair.

I am going into my 4th year living at Laguna Bay and we love it here! The staff both office and maintenance are wonderful and very receptive to the tenants needs. Maintenance is always done within 24 hours and in some cases even quicker. My daughter is temporarily wheelchair bound and they quickly made my front door accessible by installing a rubber ramp and came out very fast to install a hand held shower head. The grounds are well kept and lovely! There are resident events monthly to get to know your neighbours and even Yappy Hour for our dogs!!! The location is perfect...shopping for everything you need is close by!
