That it is very good to live very central is close to malls and schools but is very expensive perhaps you could lower the rent a bit

I enjoyed my 3 years of living here. It was only due to the rising cost of rent that determined my need to move, It is centrally located and the staff in the office is not only friendly, but helpful.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance responsive in a timely manner. Grounds are well kept however some of the garden beds along walkways are getting very shabby . Pool is comfortable and well maintained. Love that there is an exercise room. Upgraded apartments are esthetically pleasing. Spacious apartment sizes. Your annual increases in rent are getting steep.

Comfortable, safe, affordable, friendly

Great location. Overall, very good. Some concerns. Rent seems to get raised every year. Maintenance response is great. Everyone is very friendly.

Over all the community is satisfactory but could be more friendlier with these
1.too steep speed bumps - Not sure if you heard that someone had a miscarriage because of this.
2.Water logging near the thrash disposal near to 2698 block.
3.Too much school bus noise in early mornings .
4.Rent could be more economic.

This was a condominium community converted to rentals and it shows as a well maintained property. It was located in a close proximity to the golf course and shopping. It would be an ideal location; however, the leasing associate made little effort to sell me on those things.

The community atmosphere was comfortable and pretty. The pool and jacuzzi looked inviting. The community was kept up and the model was furnished with good quality furniture and fixtures. The leasing professional was pleasant, but did not give me any reasons to choose this community over others near by.

Tennis court need to be restored and lights to line up and and keep court maintenance.

I feel the rental center and the model apartment decor are very outdated. Mediterranean is not where it is today. It looked old and tired. I felt the rental agent was efficient and not pushy or overbearing. The development looked clean and well maintained.

Like the area. Most of the staff friendly. Manager needs to be more people friendly. Grounds are clean, however the grass areas need to have more grass and less weeds.

This community is well kept. It is what I would expect in an upscale place in this area. I do not think I would have any problems here.

I was pleased with the overall condition of the community, and the level of engagement and knowledge exhibited by the agent.
