Everyone at the office and the maintenance men are just wonderful, helpful & so friendly. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to rent. I would still be there if I hadn t bought a condo.

This community is very attractive. The community offers everything you would want. The apartment was spacious and anyone would be very comfortable living here.

Love, love, love the layout of my apartment! My only complaint is that there are a lot of roaches even with pest control but I think it may be contributed to where the property is ... near a bunch of pine trees / woods. Maintenance is average based only on my two requests I've had so far - one request was fixed within 24 hours the other, I put in a request 4 days ago and I haven't gotten a response which bothers me because it's a privacy issue. Other than that, I love living here so far.

This is a beautiful community. It has plenty of park areas and a lot of mature trees. The apartments are spacious and well thought out.

I would say that I like it here but the rest is too high, the increases are WAY too steep.

So far the living conditions are great. However, I find that no one really follows the rules of curbing their dog. Every where you step in the grass there is dog droppings. You can't really play soccer, football or throw a frisbee on the grass with your kids without stepping in dog droppings. It doesn't appear that anyone is following the rules or not many people cleaning up the grounds. Hopefully this can be helped.

Also, I think more "Stop" signs should be put up around the complex. The speed bumps are helpful, however many drivers are still speeding throughout the complex. You can't really walk around withouth having to jump out the way for a car speeding around the complex.

It is a place like living in a good friendly neighborhood. With the new owners/management, maintenance of the facilities seems to be on the rise. The office staff is great in customer service. Watch out for the dog poop left by many of the tenants with dogs that refuse to clean up after the dogs. The commons are unusable for play anymore because of the poop.

I love living at Seneca at Cypress Creek but wish there was a way to enforce the policy of cleaning up after your pet. There is so much poop everywhere that I can't walk without stepping in some and I can't let my grandchildren play in any common areas. We also have at least one resident (building 10) who thinks he can throw his cigarette butts down. I personally think this is disgusting.

A great place to live.

The community was well maintained. The apartments spacious. The rental rates were quite steep and the residents have to pay water on top of that, plus an additional trash charge.
