This complex and town home exceeded my expectations. It had everything I was looking for and more. Its like having an extravagant house with luxury apartment amenities. Its wonderful layout makes this particular town home a rare find especially for the price.

I have not lived in an apartment in 20 years and this is like owning a condo We love it here Everyone is so friendly We plan on staying for many years. Parking can be a little tough sometimes but I have seen much worse.

Great place, love the staff. Needs more parking for visitors only though, and need to have a adults only time at the pool.

Best Place To Rent in Wesley Chapel Area
I have lived here for almost 4 years and this place has been home to me in every sense. The complex and staff are awesome and I always receive compliments when people are over about the facilities and the apartment. The pool area and gym are great places to spend your days off. Noise has been non existent in the town home I have had for the last 12 months. Would recommend this community to anyone looking to rent in the area.

This was by far a great community. The way the agent presented the community and spoke about it was as if it was her own family. The grounds were very nice and the amenities offered were very nice. I found that they offered a lot for the price.

The community looked really nice and quiet. I love the many parks behind the buildings, and the large park with the playground and dog park are definitely a plus.
