The staff was friendly and very welcoming the community was a little dated as far as inside the apartment homes. The outside of the buildings were well keep. The entrance was different and Ideal. The free afterschool program was a good amenity to head and something that's needed by residents The move-in deal was great and was worth the money

I felt like the associates were very professional and compassionate about the occupation. They made sure to value every detail shared and make me feel comfortable. I would share this experience with a family member or friends.

The community was well constructed and the architecture of the buildings seemed well planned. It a friendly homey type atmosphere. The grounds were clean, well manicured, and maintained. The leasing office was large and roomy as well as neat and tidy. The staff was knowledgeable, as well as warm and inviting. I really liked the community and if I were in the market for an apartment, I would probably lease one from the community.

The community is sitting back from the road. It makes you feel important. The staff has your interest at heart. They are willing to help you at any time. You could admire the scenery of the apartment.

I was not impressed by the community. I would not want to live there.

This community was set back from the road and reached by a winding road. It appeared that it would be a peaceful place to live.

The community grounds and buildings are in need of cleaning. There was trash and garbage, plus a foul stench in the hallways. The apartments need to be renovated as they are dated. The rental rate is awesome.

The apartments were laid out a little strange. The laundry room was in your living room. There was not any dining area. There was only a bar.

I think the best part of my experience was the leasing professional. She really made me want to move to this community. Her energetic approach and excitement made me feel excited. Her thorough understanding and relationship with the residents was impressive and comforting. I would have not rented here usually, but the leasing professional made me think that I could live there. I really enjoyed how she made me feel like she understood what I wanted and how she was willing to go over and above to find the right apartment for me. I felt like she was catering to me and was going to make me happy.
