Property is amazing, front desk is helpful for the most part, but they need to get the whole applying situation down better. And they need to actually answer emails.

I would tell them that there are a lot of under 25 year olds which I did not realise would be the majority of the tenants. SO FAR I have been fortunate enough to not have a noisy neighbour so things have been somewhat quiet. I would be very upset if I got a barking dog or a partying college kid next door. I was under the impression that the dogs would be on the first floor of the building due to the tile floor. Have been told there would be a courtesy patrol to contact regarding resident issues that may come up after regular office hours and as of yet we have got no info. The valet trash situation is not that great bc many residents put their smelly trash out in the hall at all hours and it just sits there. I was told the trash gets put out at 6 pm not earlier Sun thru Thurs only and bring your barrel in by 8 pm. Too may people disregard this. The paying rent online option is not really an option either- unless you want to pay an extra $40 to use it!

So far, so good....except the signal for internet and cell is very poor here...would not expect that in a building in this location- also wi fi and basic cable really should be included; most places of this caliber do so....I could do without the cost of valet trash since I have to pay for cable/internet...a little extreme. Gym is nice; just need some cleaning wipes for the machines!! I cant really comment on the noise level from neighbours yet since I am one of the first tenants I REALLY HOPE it stays very quiet- I was a little concerned when I saw the complex is being advertised to college students- that atmosphere is what I am most trying to avoid! A nice amenity would be some type of pull cart in the garages for groceries etc...the complex is really big and its a haul to make three trips back and forth to the car! I do love the covered parking though-even if it is a long walk.

It's alright but not the best,they make you pay for things you don't or can't use. They lock you in to contracts that are not fully honored.

It was a nice community, I only wish it was gated. The agent was very professional and pleasant.

This new community was clean, well kept and nicely decorated and presented. The amenities were in good working order and the feature of the apartment were great. The leasing agent did a great job in leading the tour of the property. This is a great place to call home.
