It is a good peaceful place. I already recommended to many friends but they have the issues with maintenance too.
I'm thankful for my new apartment!
We moved here in December of 2014, and we really enjoy it here. The grounds are really nice, and the staff is kind, humorous and sweet. This is a restriced income community, but the place does NOT look like it! So glad we moved here, and so much better than our last neighborhood. Children playing outside often and no big dogs...so nice.
Caring Staff
We enjoy living at Sabal Cove, they are nice apartments in a decent area. We really appreciate the quality of staff, they are friendly and very caring. They take pride in their job and try their best to keep the community a safe one. The staff seems overworked and under appreciated, which is sad. They have a lot of pressure and responsibility riding on their shoulders, which is reflected in the price of the apartments being so reasonable. There should be twice the staff here, but they do a good job.

i would never tell anyone to move here i would tell theme to run as far as they can frome this place
We care to ensure that our apartments are release to new residents with the highest standards. For this reason, upon move in, the inspection is done with both management and the new residents. Documents are signed to this effect. It is expected of any resident to care for their unit, the same way we have cared for them.

The main gate is always broken and takes forever to fix, the mail kiosk is not even working, trash compactor its a disaster, customer service is not exist ant, no answer on the phones...maintenance takes a least a month if no more than that
We have fixed the gates which has been hit by "residents" guests, and it has been a process. We are installing cameras so that we may ensure that the residents whom send their children to dispose of the trash and cannot reach will be sent a notice. Sabal Cove has always been a wonderful place to live, and we will endeavor to keep it this way.

Would not because of the noise and disrespect of neighbors. NO ONE CARES.
We do care; we send "friendly" notices about considerations towards other neighbors. It is sad when we have to escalate when some people chose to ignore the good neighbor policy.

Rent fluctuations. Community does not respect great residents. You're treated equally to the not so great ones
We appreciate all of our residents and always have to abide by all "Fair Housing" rules and regulations. It may be percieved as if we do not care when forced to ensure implementation of this, but to the contrary, we must care to treat everyone the same.

It took them 76 days to bring my washer to me! I can never get ahold of the staff via phone or email!
We had experimented in changing the office hours and decided to have more hours extended to the public. Short staffed hiring Maintenance and dealing with emergencies as priority. Should be on track soon!

I would recommend this apartment to anyone in need of a decent place to live at an affordable rate. However, other residences do offer better services, if you can afford to pay higher rates.

Affordable, spacious apartments located close to everything. Close to the junction of highways. The location and price cannot be beat. This community also features entrances with private stairwells for every second floor apartment.

I had time to wait with other residents and they commented on how much they liked living in the community. They both said what a good person The leasing agent was and they could always count on her. It was a warm and friendly environment.

This apartment community was a nice surprise. A lovely gem with lakes located everywhere around the property. Good location as well.
