I would b/c its affordable and big/spacious and most of my friends need apartments of this size

It needs some upgrades.

Like i stated before, this is a place you would move to get off your feet, not what i expected from the ad online.

I found the community in great shape. The landscaping was gorgeous. It appeared clean and there was definitely a pride of ownership. The apartments themselves were average. The appliances were not stainless and the bedrooms were small. There were no special features in the apartment.

The community was nice and I may or may not recommend it to others.

My perception was that I would not find compatible people with whom I could make friends. Most of the community was, understandably, young, and there were many children out playing. My spouse and I are of retirement age. The staff seemed professional and competent.

I was not shown an apartment and was not offered a tour of the community.

I was shown an apartment that was not entirely cleaned. The alternative; however, was not to see an apartment at all. The apartment was located in a pretty dark and unkept area, in a part of the community where the exterior had not been remodeled. Despite that, I liked the experience. The leasing professional was charming, covered all the points in her own way, and focused on the key elements. She also attempted to close in a nice and convincing fashion.

The only redeeming quality of this property was the property maintenance on the exterior and the landscaping.

I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who needed an affordable place to live. The community was very clean and spacious. The people were friendly. The grounds were incredibly pretty.

The two team members working during my visit seemed to work well as a team. The apartment had a comfortable dining area and a very nice, large laundry room. Those were features that were not always found in apartments.

The community deserved an honorable mention. The property was huge. There were several rental properties in the area, and a condominium community in front of the grounds. It could be difficult to find, but the signs led me right to the office. The property and the grounds were just beautiful. The office was very impressive, neat, clean and fresh smelling. The apartments were amazing.

The Leasing Professional had a distinct lack of enthusiasm during our phone conversation. That improved somewhat during our person-to-person interaction, but only somewhat. Being thirty minutes late and not particularly apologetic was striking.
