It's very uncomfortable to walk outside and see a group of guys hanging out in front of the apartments.

I would not recommend this neighborhood because the so many residents here are not people I would choose to associate with.

other than trash nice place to live
Been here for a while like the place wish people would stop the trash throwing. other than a constant a/c problem and the range being obstinate about all four burners working at the same time we have enjoyed the stay. would like new carpet. all in all thanks for your service.

When we are dealing with 320 units using one compactor there will always be one that does not want to follow the rules. Which will cause an avalanche unfortunately. It has been getting better everyday I am proud to say.

Hector, Thank you for taking the time to respond to the survey and thank you for such high marks. You are a respected resident and we value you and your family. We hope to have you around for another 3 years. Your concerns with people hanging around in the breezeways is valid so please use the magnet that we gave you to call the patrol company any time people are hanging out. They will come out and move them out of the breezeway to give you some peace and quiet. Thank you again for your praise.

I would not recommend it or would recommend it.

I received your survey and wanted to make sure that I reached out to you about your concerns.
The pool and minors unsupervised is definately a problem that every complex has to deal with every year. During the warm season we close the pool when the office closes for just the reasons that you stated. Unsupervised minors tend to be rougher with mouths on them and not have a lot of respect for other people or the facilities. This is why we close the pool. This is also Company policy for safety reasons.
You know we have a gym card that you can get and have 24 hour access to the gym. There is a deposit that is fully refundable. We close the gym for safety reasons as well.
I want you to be happy here and make Village at Cortez your home

Thank you for answering our survey. I wanted to touch base with you to let you know that I do understand and agree that there is not a lot of space in your apartment for bicycle storage. There are bike racks beside your building for the bicycles, the kids just need to lock them up.
You discussed that there is not a lot for the older children to do.Do you know you can get a gym card so they can work out after hours. You mentioned a basket ball goal for the older children and while I do agree they would love it unfortunately they tend to bring in bad elements from the outside.
I was very happy to see that you just signed another lease for another year.
If there is anything that I can do to make your stay her better please let me know.

The window problem bothers me. I don't feel any renter should have to encounter such an experience. Clear windows is a part of the foundation of the apartment. Since windows are only on one side of the apartment - the function of each one is very important. Because of this, the aesthetic value of this apartment is less. Before I recommended anyone to live here I would be honest in making sure they knew what to expect. It has been a constant source of frustration for me.

When I first move in the maintain was suppose to be under control but it's not you wait for weeks or even months
I am so sorry for the problems that you have had with getting your maintenance work orders completed. We have just hired another maintenance person and I will personally make sure that your concerns are addressed.
