I would be likely to lease from this community, because they had everything I desired in an apartment. The community was visually appealing and well maintained.

The Leasing Professional was engaging and interested in all of my needs, and it was important for him to find me an apartment with a great view without having to charge me a higher rate. He made sure to invite me to lease but did not put pressure on me. I would recommend the community because the customer service was personable, my needs were met, and the value for the amenities and features was good.

It was nice to see renovations being done although I feel they were lacking in making it as good as it could be.

Advenir La Costa was a work in progress. The apartments were older, but being completely remodeled.
