I left with a very neutral opinion of the community. There is nothing to get excited about, nor anything to criticize. Being a tennis player, the most favorable thing I could gather was that there is an active tennis group at the facility. The solitude of the property is a nice feature if one is looking for serenity. It is close to dining and shopping.

The leasing professional did a great presentation of the community and told me about upcoming renovations. I was sold on living in this excellent community.

The leasing agent went above and beyond to accommodate me and to point out everything excellent about the property. I would move in and I would recommend the community to anyone.

Overall, my experience as a customer was good. The community as a whole along with the leasing professional was above average.

It's okay, it's inexpensive, and it's temporary. Sometimes there are things i just am not happy with though, like the level of security. It doesn't feel safe.

I like it a lot. Everything is clean. My neighbors are quiet, but friendly. I love relaxing by the pool. I wish the HOT TUB was still usable, and not bricked over. The pest control needs to come more often. Lately we have found 3 roaches in wet areas of the apartment (the bathrooms and the kitchen). We have sprayed our own pest control in the house.

Quiet, pretty, and great service. Location is great too. But there is an attention to detail lacking. For example - about 2 months some of the wood slats on the pier were replaced. They've never been painted (the rest are black while they remain natural) and the "Cautiuon Cone" is still at the entrance to the pier/dock. Is it safe? Ca we use it? Who knows? The cobble stone leading in & out of the entry is old, dirty, & faded, In front of my door is a circular cut-out in the concrete for a tree, yet no tree is there - it's just a circle of dirt. The pet stations are old & rotting away. I am telling you this stuff here as I see no where else to say it. Finally - they covered over the spa tub with brick/concrete. Why did they take our spa away? There was no notice. It was just done. That was a great draw for me when I chose to live here 6 months ago - and now it's gone

I would tell them that overall it has been nice to live here. The closet space and master bath are way to small. The maintenance staff is above and beyond, friendly, professional and always prompt

The homey feel of the apartments

The property itself was extremely nice and well taken care of. I liked the fact it was gated 24-7. The office was clean from what I saw.
