Beautiful gated apartment community in prestigious Boca Raton. Amenities included two tennis courts, a lake with a walking path, a lakeside pool, barbecue grills, a fitness center and a business center.

I liked the flooring throughout the apartment. It was great not to see carpet. I was impressed.

This appears to be a very nice community although I did not see an apartment.

The staff member was polite and personable, easy to speak with and the visit was very comfortable. My experience as a customer was above average. Very impressed by the appearance of the community as a whole, the private entrances, the gated community and the beautiful apartments inside and out.

The apartment features needed upgrading and the rooms were a bit small. Otherwise it was a very nice property. I liked the way the entrances were all private, giving it a town home feel. The gym could be more state of the art too, being that it is in Boca there is a lot of competition.

I would be very likely to rent an apartment in the community because it had everything I desired in a home. The apartment was very big and updated with stainless steel appliances and new fixtures.

I would definitely recommend this community to anyone I knew that was looking for somewhere to live because it was a pretty nice place.

This community offers several different one and two bedroom layouts to choose from. The apartments were renovated a few years ago so they all have black appliances and updated counters and cabinets. Some of the apartments offer plank flooring, which is a nice alternative to having carpet in your living areas. Overall this is a nice community that offers a good product for a reasonable price considering the area.
