It was a beautiful community with a great staff! The model could be remodeled to fit the new flooring that they are offering. Otherwise, it was very pleasant to visit.

The location is good and the property presents refreshed and is attractive. It is easy to locate and close to shopping. The large park nearby is a plus. Other properties have more amenities; cabanas, tanning bed, theatre, DVDs, pool tables, fools ball tables, popcorn machine, a bike you can ride. There are no hiking or open space near. The size of the unit was similar to others of that age. The downfall of some of the newer properties with more amenities is the layout and size of the apartments are not as good. So, for the price I would consider another property as a better value. The person who gave the tour was very pleasant, positive and took an interest in my concerns.

My fiance and I moved here from Arizona for work reasons. What an amazing feeling going from desert to a beautiful golf course view. Apartments are freshly renovated with a staff that makes you feel welcome and at home. My fiance chanced upon the complex and was greeted by Kelly Wallace who sold us on our apartment. This place has great floor-plans and feels extremely safe and secure. Surrounded by a golf course and with another city park bordering it you cannot beat the view.

This community is captivating. The community is clean and well taken care of. The leasing agents are personable and professional. The amenities are standard, but the apartment that I viewed was clean and beautiful. I found this community to be simple, but quite impressive.

I would likely lease an apartment at the community because of its convenient location to the shopping area, restaurants, and other places of interest. Likewise, I liked the apartment features especially, the large kitchen area, the extra storage room, and bedroom that has access to the balcony. The apartment rent is also reasonably priced.

The community offers apartment living close to shopping and recreational activities. The apartment homes are recently upgraded and offer modern living amenities.

We had a great experience reviewing this property. The leasing agent was professional and really great to work with. We fell in love with the apartment the minute we walked through the door. Its amenities were nice and I liked the fact that they offer resident programs in the club house.

This very dog-friendly apartment complex is situated in an upper middle class suburb just NW of Denver. Just across the street from a small park, great for small kids. Located within 2 minutes of Rt 36 which can get you to Boulder in 25 mins or onto I-25 and downtown Denver in 20 mins. I-70 is 10 minutes away which can get you well into the mountains in an hour, major ski resorts in 1.5 hr. It is not well located if your work will be in the Denver Tech Center area as that will be a 1 hr plus drive depending on traffic.
The apartments are well maintained, issues are promptly taken care of. The overall grounds are also well maintained and clean.
Dogs are welcome, even large dogs! There are plenty of open space areas w/in 15 mins to run a dog.
There's a shopping center within walking distance where you can find a Whole Foods store, Best Buy, WalMart and more.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful as well.
