What really impressed me were the amenities included in the rent. It would be like living at a resort. There were so many inside and outside activities to do. The apartment floor plan was open and made the rooms feel spacious. The only downfall was that the apartments were dated. A refresh of the lights, counter tops, and cabinets would make big difference.

The community had wonderful amenities, lovely views and was extremely well maintained inside and out.

I would lease at the community. The leasing agent did a good job describing the community and the apartment. The community is very large. I felt my needs would be met living at the community.

Every agent that I spoke with was very nice and gave outstanding customer service. They all provided a visual description of how I could find them for the scheduled tour.

The clubhouse is very modern and offers anything a resident would need, but I was taken back by the lack of upgrades to the apartments. While the community is large and offers different sizes of apartments, I found it hard to justify the prices by the look of the insides. Brass fixtures, white washed cabinets and all white counter tops were throughout each floor plan. I would also suggest letting the receptionist tour clients around the clubhouse if the leasing staff is unavailable. Sitting for a long period of time before being acknowledged took the excitement out of the tour. The views, location and trails around the community are very nice, though. You are definitely paying for the location and amenities instead of a modern apartment.

This was am amazing property with a lot of amenities. The knowledgeable staff helped ease the stress of moving. If I was not a homeowner and had to live in an apartment, this would be the place for me.

Rock Creek offered resort living close to shopping and transportation.

It is a nice property with nice landscaping. It is 10-20 minutes from the highway. There is some shopping nearby. It had a very professional staff. They were nice homes for someone who does not enjoy the city life.

The community was everything I would be looking for in new home. I would likely recommend to others.

This community was fabulous. The amenities were exceptional. I would be proud to live in this community. The apartments were lovely. The finishes were not high end but the size and layout of the apartments was nice.

This property is impressive from the grounds to the amenities and the apartment rate for the area and add-ins. I would like to see a little better care given to spills and a dangerous step down into the waiting lounge. I was blown over by all of the amenities this community has to offer. As well as the tenant activities, they have a complimentary breakfast for the tenants every Sunday!

The community is very large, which could be both positive and negative. It could be a place to make a lot of friends, or it could be a place to watch from the sidelines.
