Overall, the model looked very appealing even though it did not have the more upgraded kitchen cabinets and counter tops. The entrance and front landscaping needed to be spruced up and more appealing, plus the leasing office was looking rather drab and boring.

The leasing professional was very professional and very helpful. The community was in great shape and so was the apartment. I could see myself living there.

The property was older and lacked significant upgrades. The agent was distracted and did not engage me.

The leasing agent was personable and engaging. She made me feel valued and welcome.

The overall community is in excellent condition. If you are looking for a large one bedroom with vaulted ceilings, you may want to consider Remington at Lone Tree.

I found the community and grounds to be nicely maintained and clean. The residents I encountered were friendly, as were the leasing professionals. The price was average along with the amenities for the community. The flex space was different and the natural lighting that was let in was outstanding. There was nothing that I feel I could not do without though.

We have been renting from this complex for about 6 months now. I have never lived somewhere where the management was so terrible. They do not answer phone calls, they don't answer emails, they don't call you back, and they could care less about the issues that are in your apartment. They have been incredibly rude and unhelpful. They are unacceptable as a landlord. We are pursuing the option of breaking our lease because it is so unpleasant to live somewhere where they do not care about your needs. Honestly, you can find apartments that are under better management & cost less. I would have never in a million years moved in here had I know it would be this terrible. I regret ever giving them so much money. Take your business elsewhere!

The staff seemed pleasant and willing to help. I really enjoyed the amenities and cleanliness of the community. They rental rate seemed high, I think I could get some of the same amenities for less.

A reasonable option for the location. Year-round pool and basketball court which is rare at an apartment community. Well maintained grounds. Nice clubhouse area and nice to have a billiards area.

This is a nice community in a nice area in the suburbs. They are in the process of upgrading the finishes and fixtures as apartments become available, and this is much needed to stay competitive in the area and the class of apartments they are competing with. The leasing professional made me feel that she was completely devoted to finding me the right apartment home. The amount of rent is very reasonable for the area. I would feel very comfortable recommending this community to friends or family.

These were beautiful apartments, both inside and out. I loved the floor plans.

I found the property to be acceptable but not much different from other communities except for in price. I feel I would get more for my money here than other places. The pool being open year round is something you don't see to often so that is nice, although the fitness facility needs some serious upgrades.

The fitness center equipment had been upgraded to the latest gear, which appealed to me. The equipment had been well maintained. The upkeep of the common areas, throughout the community, was notable. The year-round pool was sparkling and inviting, with a grill area nearby. There was a year-round outdoor hot tub next to the pool, as an added benefit. This community also offered a business center, a media center, a billiard table, playground for the kids and a large clubhouse with big fire place, a card table and community kitchen. The clubhouse windows were large, which allowed for much natural light to stream through. The amenities built good value into the rent. The leasing professional was confident and courteous. The community had everything I was looking for, and the amenities were nicely arranged and planned. I would recommend the community. The value for money was fair and the rent was reasonable.
