I'm recommending that people live further out of town as it's too pricey so close to downtown but if they can afford it then I would recommend the Marq.

I've had a few negative experiences the past 6 months that have not met my expectations, including, but not limited to the apartment garage door coming down on the roof of my car; pre-emptively remitted autopayment; unresponsive/unhelpful answers re: community amenities.

Based on the upkeep of the hallways and the areas I mentioned and the difficulty in encountering anyone friendly in the office, other than Omar, it would be a big no.

The community featured some very nice amenities, including a fitness center, business center, club room and swimming pool. The apartments were very nice and updated. The layout of the hallways could be modified to be more open.

Rent is very high

Rent is getting a little pricey for what is offered. Gym equipment being repaired has been an improvement. Pool area gets very crowded and can be rowdy on the weekends in the summer. I would not recommend a courtyard apartment.

The amenities are great and I have had an overall enjoyable experience living here. I would just warn residents about the people hanging around outside and that some apartments are hot - I have had the air conditioning running since I moved in, I have never used the heat.

I've recommended this community to a few friends - however they opt to live in other communities that are in better repair/cleaner and have slightly more favorable pricing.
