I would recommend Shadowridge, but it is not really that affordable and if residents have more than one care they run the risk of getting their car towed, which is a NIGHTMARE! Larger parking permit signs in more prominent locations are needed.

I already refereed a friend but she is not happy there so would not refer again. Rent is too high anyway.

Bigger floorplan is a plus.
