The apartment is nice enough, the rent may be on the high side for some.

Good value, relatively quiet, well located, decently maintained. Biggest plus is that the complex is tucked away on a side street away from any busy streets, which I think helps with preventing people randomly driving by or driving through the complex.

I would lease from this property because I loved how the apartment layout was. The staff was very friendly and the property was very appealing and at a great price.

I enjoyed completing this shop. The agent and I talked for a good while before we toured and I never felt rushed. The amenities could use some TLC/updating. For me, things like the laundry, fitness area, etc should be extra clean and presentable. People have a hard enough time coming to those two places already! The lawns/lot were flawless. Other than the snails that day, I could see it was well kept. I think this property is a little pricey and could use a nudging with something like a 'Special'. The agent seemed to do a good job at selling the property.

I was not given enough information to determine if I would recommend the location. The swimming pool, fitness center and community room were clean which provided a good impression.

The community was similar, in quality and amenities, to others I have viewed in the past, and the rent was significantly more. The Leasing Professional was cordial enough, but I do not believe she took the time to establish a rapport with me.

If you are looking for a great location and fantastic staff you have to see Cameron Crossing in Visalia. They offer fully equipped kitchens with hook ups for a stackable washer/dryer. They do have a pool/spa along with a fitness center.

The community was very nice but some of my needs would only be met with a lot of compromising on my end. The rooms are a tad smaller than expected. Try to picture furniture and storage and felt I was second guessing myself. If need be could try and make it work.

Everywhere else I had leased I had to add to my lease that I would paint over my accent wall upon moving out, but there they would paint my accent wall for me with an awesome choice of colors. Also, not only did they have 24 hour maintenance service they would also change my light bulbs.

This community had an upbeat, contemporary feel which was quite appealing, even exciting. The community living area and pool, for example, were absolutely gorgeous and felt like an expensive resort. I loved the attention given to the decorating details. For me, the downside was the limited green spaces and attractive views. I would not want to look out my sliding glass doors and see a bunch of cars lined up in front of me! The leasing agent was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about every detail of the features and amenities, leaving me with a very positive impression about the community. However, I did not feel she connected with me on a personal level by asking me about my life or trying to find out how I was thinking or feeling. A little more warmth and empathy might have made me even more drawn to consider making the community my home.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property and quality of the furnishings and appliances in the apartment. The community looked new and did not show fading paint or brown landscaping. The community offers a 24 hour fitness center and a hot tub in addition to the swimming pool. These are attractive qualities. The apartment size was very large with a closet that stretched the length of the master bedroom. This was also appealing.

This was a great community located close to shops with easy access to the freeway. It had all of the amenities I would be looking for.

The curb appeal of the community was impressive. You can tell the staff and residents take pride in the upkeep of the community.

The apartments are nice, the location couldn't be better, and the staff, Eric and John are great!

It was a nice community with a good location. The community was quiet, attractive, and well kept. It had pleasant surroundings. It was in a nice neighborhood.
