First impressions go a long way, and I was very impressed with the staff and the community. I felt it was a great value for all you get in a historical community. It was close to all the shopping centers and centrally located between two major freeways. The knowledge and experience of a leasing professional have a lot of value, and I can say you will certainly get quality of life and savings living here.

The price of the apartment was very high considering what it had to offer as far as amenities.

The community and apartment are very appealing. For the exception of only one pool, they offer one thing I have not come across. That is the theater room. The clubhouse area is cozy and well maintained. I will refer to friends and family.

Based on the presentation and community, I would rent at this community.

For the price of the apartment, I would expect a more decent view and/or wood flooring.

The grounds were pretty and the apartment was spacious.

My wife and I would be proud to live in this community.

The community seemed to be no different than most others. It was nice, but I felt the price was high for what was offered.
