The community was nice as it was clean and maintained. I would lease from this community as it seemed like a nice place to live.

Mountain Springs was a great location, close to much of the things you look for in a apartment home. The price for the two bedroom was one of the best I have seen.

The initial phone call was quite complete. The level of detail offered about the community and the way she gathered information about me was comprehensive without being intrusive. I was not disappointed when we met, she was energetic and knowledgeable. The community was attractive with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The amenities seemed more attractive than many of the other communities I have visited.

The leasing agent was awesome and if the apartments had a washer and dryer I would have leased hands down solely on the agents abilities. The outside of the actual apartments are old and could use some updating. The leasing office is very small and not very inviting. As soon as you walk in you have the feeling that people are working hard here...there isn't a homey inviting feel to it. The apartments themselves are pretty nice.
