The community was clear of debris and had overall shine. The business center had both computers not working, so I thought about the maintenance staff size and how long it would take for my appliance or toilet to be fixed. The fitness center and Leasing Office seemed cluttered and full of furniture and machines. As I walked into the Leasing Office, I felt like I interrupted a meeting with the office staff and residents inside, the office was just too packed. The staff, in general, seemed occupied yet friendly. The residents smiled at me, which made me feel at home.

The community is very appealing. They have brand new washer/dryers and barbecues in every practical points all around the community. It was an all around beautiful community.

The community was clean and maintained. My overall impression of the staff was pleasant; however, I felt discouraged by being repeatedly asked about my price range. The income requirements were written in monthly and then again in annual details on the leasing handout. The on-site tour was very welcoming, but the repetition of income requirements made me feel discouraged in the end.
