The rental rates were a bit high. The community offered several amenities. The leasing professional was friendly and knowledgeable.

The community amenities were very nice. I liked the fact that there was so much open green space in the community. Because of how much green space there was, I thought it might be nice to have a couple of benches outside so people could partake in it. The apartment features were nice, however I did feel like the kitchen could have been updated.

I love this place . One of the best deals in fremont/union city. Apt is spacious and clean . Management (Taylor and Debbie) are great , always ready to help. The maintenance guys are very courteous and competent. The surroundings are well taken care of. Safe area. I only have great things to say about this property .

She was easy to talk to and her answers were very knowledgeable about the apartment. She tried to relate my needs to the apartment such and showed me the storage space.

If you are looking for an apartment close to freeways and BART in the Union City area you have to check out this community. They have spacious apartments with lots of storage along with pool, spa, playground for children, dog park close by and a garden next door that you can rent space and have your own garden.

They were very nice apartments in a nice residential area. There was convenient access to public transportation.

The leasing consultant never missed a detail. She was full of creativity, and was definitely helpful. The community was well kept and offered some nice amenities for the residents. The community came across as attractive in areas like the leasing office, pool, the lounge area, and clubhouse. Other areas like the apartment buildings showed the need for a fresh coat of paint.

The community was clean and well maintained. The staff member that I encountered was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I believe the rental rate was competitive.

The community is located near the freeway, shopping, mall and a variety of restaurants. The community and the apartments are nice and has many amenities. The staff was very friendly, personable and professional. The price is very reasonable.

Tyler :& Charlene made my move from San Diego to the Bay Area very easy. Doing the rental transaction over the phone/e-mail/mail was done seamlessly and thorough. Since my move-in, the crew of Ricardo and Luis continued the great service with minor maintenance requests done quickly and efficiently. Overall, I now have a beautiful apartment with great storage, beautiful views, and peaceful grounds. The only surprise to me was no microwave. Other than that, everything else has been handled very professionally and I would highly recommend Mission Sierra Apartments.

The community was immaculate and beautiful with large spacious closets and storage on the patio/balcony.

I definitely would have rented after the Consultant's presentation based on the features she emphasized and her overall personality, which reflected well on the community.

The agent gave a thorough presentation of the apartment and community. She also talked quite a bit about the surrounding area and the convenient location of the community.

This community was quite far from area conveniences. Also I did not like the fact they did not have a washer and dryer inside the apartment.
