Overall this is a nice place to live.

As I stated before this place is like a dorm, I would not do that to my friends.

I have no interest in recommending this community because I think the new property management has been poorly represented by their hired staff. I have been treated rudely and unprofessionally. I am content in my living space because my dwelling has not changed, but the atmosphere has .

The prices aren't great and the service has decreased from what was offered previously. The staff aren't helpful: when I went to renew our lease I had to return to the office several times because they didn't have my lease ready.

First and the most important comunication is better when we are connect
listen the concern with the resident and find out their needs and help with
at least answer emails , calls or talk to them when they approach to the office. Don't argument with the resident and try to call us lyer I received that type of treatment from the Assistant manager Rachel when she questioned me why I called different people to asked for different appartment of prices.
Anyway like I said I am extending my lease only for neccesity of the close location for my young daughter but I will be move out after my lease end. Thanks.

We definitely would recommend these apartments.

If you would have asked me that 6 months ago I would have said absolutely I would recommend this complex to others in fact I have in the past.

lower rent places are available in the valley with experience of this neighbourhood.. with this high rent, the $ increase in rent to renew lease will be very high... I don't understand this concept of why many apartments want to drive away their old/loyal residents.

The complex and apartments are fine - utilitarian and work. Nothing special, but not bad either. The pet issues with dogs in the complex are annoying - noise, excrement, and owners who are not necessarily considerate of others. Overall everything could be cleaner and better up keep on the common areas and grounds. Value for what the complex is fine, but could offer so much more.

I think its one of the nicer and most convenient communities in the area.

A year ago I was telling everyone they should come and live here. My brother-in-law and his wife are thinking of moving here from CT and we kept saying they should move here. Now I am afraid that they might actually do it, and then they will be disappointed and it will be our fault. :(

Rent is too high for what you get in addition to the low standards of the new management and the low quality of the apartment layout and noise pollution from landscapers construction and noisy Neighbors.

After doing an extensive apartment hunt in the SCV, I find Mountain Terrace's average rental cost to be slightly higher than other apartments. The square footage of the apartments is also considerably smaller than most of the other apartments I've looked at in the area. In my unit specifically, you can hear the noise from both in the hallways as well as from the unit above. I know many of these things can't be helped, as you can't change how the buildings were constructed, but I don't know if I would have rented the unit knowing how much noise does not get drown out. I would probably recommend this apartment community to others if they are looking for a nice area and wish to live in a nice community as a whole, but recognize that there are several other alternatives in the area.

I have lived here for 3 years and I feel safe and I like the amenities. The staff have always been very nice, understanding, and prompt.
