The apartment was overpriced. While it was in good condition, the washer/dryer units were small that one could barely put a single heavy jacket in them. The kitchen cabinets and tile were outdated.

I thought this property was very nice. The grounds were professionally maintained. All the amenities were in good working condition and very clean. The pool is open all year and was very inviting.

The first thing that struck was the layout of the community. It was all immaculate, scenic and well spaced out. The amenities were super as was the one bedroom apartment I toured. The pool area and clubhouse were quite inviting.
