I would considered this community only for a temporary time. The reduced student rate was the primary appeal. I would consider this community as merely a place to sleep, eat and study, not a place or entertaining or hosting family and friends.

I found the apartment community to be well kept and looking up with positive improvements. The community seemed great for folks who enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants or those without a vehicle. Having a park with a pool and hiking trails was a definite perk. The pricing for apartments was great for the space.

The Park Western Estates was a community managed by Western National Property Management that offered appealing housing accommodations. The upkeep of the community was notable. The leasing staff were professional and engaged with outstanding service. The floor plan for a two bedroom apartment was a good value for a community within the South Bay area.
