Very nice, newer apartment. Nice amenities, good location, near shopping areas and freeway. Beautiful courtyard, sparkling pool, state of the art theater room. Has WiFi in the community areas, nice resort like atmosphere.

The consultant was nice, professional and well kept, but she was robotic and went through the motions. She never really seemed enthusiastic about the tour or the community. The office was extremely nice, but I did not get a carry over to the apartment because it was unfurnished. Thus, the office appealed more to me than the apartment.

My tour at Paseos at Magnolia was pleasant. It would have been nice to see an actual floor plan, but I can see why they would be full. The property was beautiful, and very well kept. It was clean and modern looking. The sales staff was friendly and courteous.
