The property is obviously dated, with not very much to offer someone like myself. The staff was pleasant.

Based on my experience, I feel these apartment units are a little over priced for to the age of the units and the older appliances. The fresh bathrooms and ceiling fan did add a touch to the units. The community was not too big, and the units were not clumped together, allowing for more privacy.

The property was well kept and I really liked the patio space. The employee helping me was very nice.

The leasing staff that I encountered were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Based on the on-site tour and trustworthiness of the leasing staff I would have signed a lease agreement.

There was a disconnect with the leasing agents. I have no idea where shopping or restaurants are in the area and would have to do my own research. The community is lacking all the amenities I would look for (washer/dryer or at least hookups, fitness center, garage) in an apartment home. It gave the unmistakable impression that this property is not secure enough to have those types of amenities available to its tenants.

The community needs some updating. The price is consistent with the apartment.

This mature community had beautiful trees and nice landscaping. The lack of communities amenities was a concern to me. The leasing professional brought out the best in apartment and community as we toured. It was easy to see where upgrades and improvement had been made. Overall this is a clean, pleasant community and would provide a nice place to live.

My overall experience was pleasant. The agent did a good job of presenting the apartment and the community. She did a great job of creating a sense of urgency. I thought the community had great potential, but could use a little more attention to details.
