The floor plan was unique and felt like a house and not an apartment.

The community was appealing, comfortable, and quiet. This would be the perfect home for those not wanting the typical apartment home. Although there were no amenities like pools, gyms, and tennis courts, there was the feeling of being home. How can you put a price on that?

I thought it was a very nice community. Great for families and very centrally located. The staff was very professional. The rent was reasonable. The apartments were spacious. Although it did not offer a lot of frills, it seemed like a tight community. I could see my family living here.

This was a wonderful apartment community situated on a tree lined street. The property had a look and feel of a residential community, versus the standard, dense apartment community.

The amenities in the community were not unusual. The landscaping was decent but not amazing. The consultant was prepared and very pleasant. I appreciated the consultant’s patience with the prospect’s interruption. I believe being the only representative in the office inhibited the consultant’s maximum performance. I could live there if I had to but it would not be my first choice.

The apartment itself was excellent and the leasing professional did a great job of presenting it. There was not a fitness center or a pool but she presented the community as a whole. She thought the trees, style of community and convenient location were great benefits to living there.

This property had more of a feel of a condominium community then an apartment community. It was at the end of a street and was therefore quieter than I had expected when I turned off the major road leading to the apartment community.

The property has more of a town home style feel to it, as opposed to an apartment community feel. This is definitely a good place to live for those who want more privacy.

The community had attractive landscaping that was well maintained. The leasing professional was prepared. She had a nice manner, and she was sincere and natural in her approach. She gave a good presentation, but was typical in content. I would likely recommend to friends or family.

The community was very quiet and homely. I really liked the courtyards and the proximity of the mail boxes. The only thing that I did not like was that the pool was located in another community.
