Based on the presentation and level of professionalism during the telephone and in person tour, I would definitely feel confident entering into a lease agreement at Parcwood.

This was a very nice, well maintained community. Although I did not get to meet with the person I had an appointment with, the consultant that took me on the tour was excellent. She had confidence and knew her product well. She did an excellent job presenting the community and representing the management.

I was surprised to find such a beautiful community nestled inside of such a homey neighborhood. I found the community to be quite attractive and the staff were very warm and friendly. I would be very comfortable living there or referring a friend or family to move there.

Based on the tour and presentation of the leasing consultant I was ready to leave a deposit to lease. I really like the extra amenities and the renovated units. The unit was cozy and enough for two adult persons and two small dogs. I really appreciated that they had all the appliances and the washer and dryer. I would find myself comfortable at this apartment homes.

The grounds were beautiful and was my main focus throughout the on-site visit. The sales presentation was informative but I walked out not sure of what type of apartment would be available in my time frame. The sales associate talked about so many choices; washer/dryer or outside laundry facilities, upper and lower level, plan c or d, etc. She jumped around so much on choices.

The pool area was resort like and very relaxing. I especially liked the theater room.
