I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the Parcwood staff. The community is clean and very well maintained.The resident activities make this the perfect place to call home.

I would recommend the community to family and friends.

I liked the updated apartments. The painting was done very nicely. There was no overspray, paint droppings, or cabinets that would not open. Also, it was very appealing to see the cabinet hinges instead of having them painted over. The swimming pool was huge, the grounds were clean, and it was quiet. The property was perfect for many, but I would want a few more conveniences; especially the indoor laundry based on my work schedule. For those with shift work, it would be tough for them to use any of the amenities that are attached to the business office--gym, theater, business center, clubhouse, etc. since they close so early. When I worked in the hospital, it was always nice to be able to use those amenities at my former apartment after my shifts. The residents always had access to them as they were not attached to the leasing office. If there could be some type of door that would separate the upstairs from the downstairs leasing office that could be locked, it would attract more renters who are in my past work situation.

I liked the environment and the community was clean, quiet and tidy. They offered nice amenities and a great location. The leasing agent was very professional.

I was not expecting the leasing agent to be this friendly and genuine. What she did not have she offered a sister community. I felt she really enjoyed what she did and that made me feel like she cared about my needs in finding a proper home.

The community is located on a nice quiet street. It is nestled at the foothills. The property offered a spacious floor plan. The amenities were inviting and well maintained. The Leasing Staff were polite and welcoming.

My experience overall was very impressive, from the time I got there until I left. It felt really natural and If I was actually in the market for an apartment I would choose this community.

The way the home and community were presented by the leasing professional was admirable. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting. What the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable. I envision the quality of life here based on the amenities and features offered as complete. Based on the experience, I would probably recommend the apartment community to friends and family.

When I walked into the leasing office, I was greeted warmly and cordially, and when I was introduced to another employee, I could sense that the relationship between the staff members was comfortable and without strain. I found the amenities to be surprisingly comprehensive for the rental amount, and as we walked, the property appeared to be in spectacular condition.

The apartment was light, airy and spacious. I was disappointed there was no washer/dryer available in the apartment.

I liked the amenities. I was a little off put that the washer/dryer was not in the apartment. I do not think it was a place I would jump at to live. It was okay for what was offered, but it would not be somewhere I could see myself staying long term.
