The community was brand new, and in superior condition. The community amenities were exceptionally clean, and the view was outstanding from several areas of the community. My only drawback was the very small size of the patio, but the interior luxuries provided in the apartment were enough to make me feel the lease amount for the apartment was an adequate value.
