This community had excellent curb appeal. It was located at the top of a hill which made it feel private and remote, and the views were fantastic.
The leasing office, itself, was very impressive and added to the appeal of the community. The personnel were bright and engaging and seemed to be accessible and helpful. The clubhouse was well appointed with above-average furniture and tasteful accents. The gym offered a number of exercise machines which seemed designed to provide a comprehensive workout.The apartment I saw was exceptionally spacious. The two-toned paint, granite countertops and large kitchen made the apartment feel opulent. Each apartment came with its own washer and dryer, as well as its own garage, and these features added greatly to its appeal. The nearby equestrian center, which I was informed hosted an annual rodeo/fair, added charm to the surrounding community. These apartments were far from inexpensive, but the prices were more than justified by the quality of the amenities, the superior locale, the excellent neighborhood and the one-off feel of the apartments.

The community is great. I would definitely move here. The 24 hour gym, theater and the pool were all great amenities. Everything was nice and well taken care of. The leasing agent who helped me really went out of his way to make sure I left with zero questions. He was very helpful and accommodating!
