wish we were there now!

Nice modern facility

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The gym and pool areas close early, which is a little bit disappointing. The community makes up for it with its awesome units.

great location, nice building, noise from the gym is frustrating

as above, selection for recommendation below is a yes/no - i have left it as yes, but would have to say that it would depend on the location of the unit

getting too noisy

Modern attractive building with upscale fittings, great staff, but too noisy.
We suffer constant noise from the gym (loud banging, I think from the dropping of weights), early in the morning until late at night. Management responded to my previous complaint by changing the opening of the gym from 5am to 7am, and yes, getting woken up each morning at 7.15 instead of 5.15 is an improvement, but why should we have to suffer this at all?
It goes on until 11pm, we often give up trying to have a peaceful evening at home and go out. We have also completely given up trying to host dinner parties.
To make matters worse, events such as Wine To Water (which went on longer than its 10pm end time) this week are so loud and intrusive, even with all doors and windows closed it proves impossible even to watch TV. Again, we went out. Why should we have to? This is a residential building after all and under California Law we are entitled to "quiet enjoyment", - something we clearly do not get.
The noise is causing undue stress and I'm at a loss to know what I can do about it.
Peace and quiet are always high on my list of requirements for a home environment. I remember clearly asking Josh in the Leasing Office when we came to view the apartment whether it would be a quiet building. I was assured that it would be.
The noise is really distressing us. I am paying the full rent this month even though I feel that I should not.

Primarily due to the management company and lack of communication. The speed bump issue at the garage exit really left a sour taste in my mouth as it caused significant damage to my new car. They also had the leasing office notify residents (with a two-day notice) that the pool/spa would be closed for renovation, without listing a re-open date. Thankfully, this has been postponed, but something like this should be communicated far in advance to residents -- especially if they have friends/family coming to visit (like I do) who plan to use the pool

This is very noisy complex with late night gathering around the pool, the jacuzzi and on balconies. I wish security was more effective in keeping the complex quiet after 10pm.

the rents are high. the cleanliness of the property hallways could be much better as well as the elevators.

It's too expensive for most people I know.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I recommend this apartment to those I know who can afford it. The rents are quite high for the area but it's been worth it.

Its beautiful and worth the money. However as
I have said, there are things that can be done to assure
More safety.

Nicely designed complex with great amenities

Experience was great until others became interested in our unit and we feel like we are being pushed out of our apartment due to the ridiculous rent increase. I would not tell my friends to stay here because if they like it, that's great but in the end they will be insulted as we are in the substantial increase in rent once they got comfortable.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

This is a very upscale community and priced accordingly. The leasing professional did a good job.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

This was an upscale high-rise community in a great Hollywood area. I was impressed with the grounds, the amenities, and the spacious condo-like apartment I toured. The leasing agent was friendly and welcoming, and her tour of the community was thorough. She was focused on my needs and preferences, and she made me feel that she cared about filling those needs.

In order to rent a two bedroom apartment at the property, one would have to have an income of almost $12,000 a month. This was a high end property that catered to a small percentage of the population. The apartments looked and felt like condos. The list of amenities both in the apartments, as well as in the community was extensive. It was definitively a very desirable place to live.
