I would consider leasing at this community because the Leasing Professional did such a great job in helping me envision it as my home. The grounds and amenities were well maintained and there was an excellent curb appeal. I would have expected higher end details based on the rental rate, however.

I would recommend this property to people looking to live in the area.

The community is beautiful and a garden oasis! It is in a very good location. It is conveniently located close to dining, entertainment, healthcare and roads. The staff was very helpful.

This community has fewer amenities compared to other communities in the area. The price, however, is good for what is offered. The leasing agent was friendly and took his time during the tour. He pointed out things that I had said were important to me, which made me feel welcome.

The customer service I received while visiting this community was pleasant and adequate. The apartment I viewed was very nice and newly renovated with a vaulted ceiling the living area. However, the space overall was a little small for the price. The surrounding area was decent and the amenities were ordinary. Depending on the circumstances I may or may not recommend this community.
