This was a modern looking one bedroom apartment. It was a little pricey though.

The community was located at a great location and very close to shopping centers, restaurants, five freeways and toll roads. The community featured a swimming pool and spa area, which appeared to be well maintained. The tennis court was huge and newly painted. The clubhouse area was warm and inviting, and featured a flat screen television. The best part about the place was that it was located right next door to a hiking trail, with lots of trees surrounding the area. I felt like I entered a mini forest. The area was well kept and beautiful!

The community was dated and had limited upgrades for the rate being requested. The agent was friendly and welcoming and worked hard to gain commitment.

The community needed more features to make people enjoy it more. I would have liked to have seen benches and a play area for kids. The colors were nice for the location.

The property was located in a beautiful location, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. It felt like the country, even though stores and freeways were nearby.

The community was older and looked like it could use a face lift. I did not like that fact that there were no elevators. I wanted to be on the second floor, but it was a climb. Also, I would have preferred that there be a washer/dryer in the apartment.

The visit was good but it could be better, I wish the agent could had been more actively showed me the vacant apartment instead of standing around the in the kitchen. I had been calling this community for may times and many days, and it seemed they rarely picked up the phones.

I liked the water feature in the front of the office and the clubhouse was nice. I also enjoyed my time with the consultant. She was knowledgeable and friendly.

This was a very peaceful community located near walking trails, shopping and other conveniences. The community was well kept and offered commendable conveniences such as year-round heated pool, tennis courts, a gym and clubhouse.

The agent was professional, energetic and efficient. I have reported my true impressions. I think she did an excellent job building rapport with me, especially because I was so much older than she. She knew the one bedroom would not suit my stated needs and preferences, so she made the suggestion for me to consider the two bedroom. I felt this was a valid suggestion.

You do not always get a hiking trail that is adjacent to and starts at the place were you live. This is especially true of an apartment complex in the city, but this place has one.

The community seemed peaceful. It had a lot of nature around the area and there were great amenities at a very fair price.
