Overall, the community did not show anything out of the ordinary for me. The grounds were nice and there was plenty of space in between buildings making for large common areas. The area was quiet with plenty of mature trees and plants. Not really a modern community, but if you were looking for a tranquil setting, then this could work for you.

The leasing agent did outstanding! She was an asset to the company. She went above and beyond making me feel comfortable as well as the other agents in the office. They were a wonderful team.

The community was like a large beautiful park. So many trees, I almost felt like I was at Yosemite. The management team was very warm and welcoming.

The leasing agent clearly was a long-term worker, since she was very knowledgeable about the community and had a natural sales presentation. She did not strike me as a new worker since she had accurate responses to my questions and even provided me with information on possible sister communities. I felt comfortable and welcomed renting there.

Based on the overall presentation and tour of the community I could see myself as a resident. The management had done a great job keeping the community updated and relevant to the needs of today’s consumer.

This was a beautiful community. There were lots of trees and bushes and it was well maintained. The tour we took was interesting and informative and made us anxious to see the apartment. It was very nice with plenty of space and storage with a nice size living room and kitchen. Our leasing professional was very well informed and friendly, and presented herself well.

The amenities were dated such as no pool heat, cottage cheese ceilings, no storage on the patio and single paned windows. The sale associate described the apartments as renovated. The grounds were beautiful and offered a setting that was unique and restful. I loved this community and rated it well. The sale associate built personal rapport and was informative, professional and friendly. She clearly assisted well and encouraged a closing without being pushy. Time spent with her was a good experience. She presented management and the community as ones that would offer a wonderful home through indirect and direct selling techniques.

The community was very well maintained and had beautiful landscaping throughout. The apartments had been upgraded, but I felt they were small and did not reflect the rental rate being charged. I believe it might be a nice place to live, but I would be neutral about recommending this property to family or friends.

The size of the apartment, the balcony, the views, the trees, the location and this community impressed me. The apartment offered good value for all of the amenities. The staff and maintenance all were nicely groomed and looked very happy and content.

From the time I arrived, I felt that with all of my apartment looking, this would be it. It was an awesome experience going over all the details of the community. Having a leasing agent that was pleasant to talk with, was a treat.
