Qverall, a very nice apartment, clean inside, good size and I liked kitchen, it was roomy.

Based on the community, it looked just like one next door but the professional and great staff made the difference.

I was really impressed with the agent overall. He was a true professional. He told me everything I needed to know about the community. He went over all the amenities, the property management, the 24 hour maintenance and the parking.

The community offered a very big apartment for the price of monthly rent.

The amenities were clean and modern, equal to those I had seen in other apartment communities. I saw nothing in need of repair. The landscaping was well maintained, no dead leaves or branches in the yard. The laundry and gym were clean. Management was well informed and professional but no effort was made to get me to sign up at that time.

I liked the community and the spaciousness of the grounds. The laundry and pool area's were conveniently located, as well as the location of the parking to the apartments. The fitness center offered comparable gym equipment which appeared to be well maintained and little used. The apartments were clean and updated with the exception of the textured ceilings. The prices seemed a little high for the actual apartments, but, right on for the location of the community.

The community is situated in a very nice neighborhood, lots of trees and green lawns considering the drought. The pool and jacuzzi areas could use more attention, the trash can in the pool area was full of pizza boxes, and pool toys (snorkeling gear) and some clothing was scattered about. Understandbly with the trees and leaves, there was debris and leaves in the pool in the jacuzzi. The laundry room was tidy and the model apartment was very nice. The location and apartment is a good value for the area. I would not mind living here, but the property is in need of an upgrade, the management office and the grounds.

The leasing agent was excellent. This community is older, and the grounds are well kept. I think the rent is reasonable for what the community has to offer. The community is close to freeways and shopping.

The community is close to everything and has almost all the comforts you search for in your home.

This was a beautiful community and it was very clean. The overall feel was very nice and it had a park like setting.

The community was well maintained and appealing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The location of the community was great. Freeway was nearby as well as lots of shopping. The grounds were large with lots of paths to walk. The apartment was well designed. Loved the large living room.

If the grounds at this property were really green and the fitness center a bit more upscale, this property would shine. I was very impressed by the leasing professional. Her ability to connect without getting too personal, the level of engagement throughout the tour, and her ability to show the community in the manner she did was awesome.

This was a nice looking community, with nicely spaced out apartments. I thought they were kind of plain looking inside and a little expensive.

The property was clean and the agents in the office were a delight to speak with.
