The property was nice, but the apartment was very small and had no character. There was not a lot of storage. The staff was not very personable. The agent sent me an email confirming the appointment with a map.

I was pleasantly surprised about the property. I was not expecting it to have all of the great amenities it had ,and for the prices to be so great. The staff was very well informed and extremely helpful.

I did not see an apartment, but the amenities were nice and the price seemed fair.

I have mixed feelings about the community. When I look at the office, the theatre and fitness center--it looks great. When I see the parking lot and the inside of the apartments, I just see a lot of neglect and no upgrades, no upkeep.

I felt this was the best community in Hemet. I was very impressed with what the dollar could provide in the way of amenities and pride of living. The Leasing Professional was a high energy individual that represented the maintenance, landscaping, management and the community as a whole in the most positive manner.

The property is an excellent deal for the money being asked. The community is clean, well maintained, and peaceful. The grass was green, and the plants appeared to be healthy and well kept.

The agent took the time to completely go over everything with me even though she had nothing available. She stressed something could become available any time and took the time to show me around. She was very knowledgeable about the community and all it had to offer.

I could live in this community of apartments and would perhaps recommend to anyone to take a look. For the price, this community was affordable and the environment was peaceful and well maintained. The staff was willing to help and friendly. The rate on utilities such as water, trash and cable came as a big relief, with the high cost of living today. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an economical place to live, that was in close proximity to shops, stores, dining, and outdoor activities.
