The community just had a renovation throughout. The colors of the building where appealing. The apartments where also renovated and had a front door inside the building with hallways behind, almost like a brownstone.

Briarwood was a community offering a choice of apartment access style living. While some chose to reside within a building with access to apartments from corridors, providing a sense of security and weather protection, others could enjoy the private entrances the apartments offered. The floor plans were spacious, open and with an abundance of cabinet space for storage. The property had all the treats to socialize in an inviting clubhouse, shoot pool, play fooseball, exercise in a cardio room, swim in a beautiful pool, indulge in bubbles in the hot tub and indulge in late night snacks (vending machines.

I would, without doubt, recommend this community to my friends and family.

The community offered a friendly, professional staff, great amenities and maintenance. It was in close proximity to various well known shops and banks. The staff were willing to help in finding the right apartment for me and at the right price!

The closet space is extremely small in the apartment and it does not come with a refrigerator. There are nearby communities that offer complete appliances, with generous storage capacity.

The property was well maintained and had nice amenities.

The leasing agent was extremely nice and made a very good effort to connect with me. She also mentioned the resident appreciation day and invited me to come down.

The agent was very helpful in making me see myself in the apartment and that I was going to like it.

The leasing professional provided all the information I needed to see how wonderful the community was. It was professionally managed and well maintained. There was a good atmosphere in the office as well.

The community seemed tucked away from the main streets and seemed quiet and private.

Although the community as a whole was beaming with community pride and nice amenities, I feel the rental price is still too high. I would expect a washer and dryer in each apartment for the rental rate being charged.

I thought this was a great community that offered reasonable rates and a reliable and friendly staff. The community was located near many shops and restaurants and was close enough to the major freeway.
