This community is conveniently located. The grounds are well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly.

There was nothing exceptional about the community but it was very nice and comfortable. The 2 pools were a nice size and I really liked one of the floor plans. It was in a relatively nice area and the agent made me feel very welcome. The price was reasonable for the community and I could definitely make it work.

The La Ramada was an average community. No bells and whistles but the price was decent.

I will probably refer this apartment to my friend or consider it for my future need. The amenities could be improved since I did not see any gym area. I also see the laundry room is quite small, although it looks new. The thing that satisfied me the most was the agent's professionalism throughout the call and the meeting. She was knowledgeable, but very friendly and most of all. She did not make me feel hurried. I feel like I could trust her, and therefore, I could live there knowing that she cared for my needs.

La Ramada was an older community, close to the freeway and many local businesses.

I liked the landscaping of the property and thought it was very comfortable. I especially liked the large pools and the fact that the community seemed very private. The apartment was nice and I could have definitely made it work but it was nothing special for the price.
