She did a good job within her presentation, especially when talking about what is nearby within the community and really selling the apartment. However, the amenities of the community seemed okay. It was not something to write home about. Though renovations were being done, I did take that into account. The features inside the apartment were also okay. Based on how the leasing agent raved about the apartment, I was expecting something more. It was smaller than I thought. However, I might or might not have recommended this place.

The agent did not create a lot of rapport with me, but she was thorough in showing and describing what was offered. I felt most of the effort was in getting an apartment leased.

The community itself appeared to be well maintained. The landscaping was kept up on a regular basis and there were no issues with structure exteriors such as paint. The fitness room and the laundry room both looked to be recently updated. The apartments were not anything fancy, but they were well taken care of and had ample storage for their moderate size.

These apartments were very pleasant and enjoyable to see. The grounds, pool and gym were very nice. I liked how the apartments were spread out and not pushed together. The management team was very professional. The apartments were close by shopping, parks and schools.

My experience at Arbor Court was positive. I felt welcome and the agent sincerely wanted me to become a resident. She seemed proud of the appearance of the apartment community and praised the residents stating Arbor Court was a great place to live.

I was indifferent about calling this community home but thought the pricing was fair for the value. I could make it work if needed, and I would likely recommend to friends and family,
