It is a very 'pristine' appearing complex; the grounds are very well maintained. It is safe here, I have never had a issue with loud music etc. The apartment itself is well maintained and appeared almost new when I moved in. It is definitely a place I call home.

I would recommend it but let them know what the down sides are and have them decide. Its not a bad place to live at nor a bad community just the little minor issues.

We take cleanliness very seriously and each of our team members takes initiative to clean up our property on a daily basis. If you can let me know where you are seeing this problem, we can resolve this issue immediately.

There are better apartments in chula vista that offer more, such as better gyms, better parking, carpet cleaning when you renew your lease, complaint and suggestion boxes are located in covenient places. GO somewhere else and your money will spent better.
